I can’t seem to STOP decorating my guest room. Since its the only room in the house where my husband has no say, I guess that’s explains it. Here’s the newest bedding, and sparrows painted on the wall.
I found a sparrow outline online and printed it off. I traced it onto a piece of cardboard and then cut out the shape. Then sponge painted them on! Love it!

Not only is it a pain to cut out by hand, I seem to lack the ability to NOT get the paint under the stencil. Hmmmm. Back to painting the letters by hand!

So the start of my little crafting journey has been successful so far! Which makes me giddy, just giddy. So now I’ve got to build up some inventory of things. I’m thinking about joining a craft fair in the fall/winter, how much fun would that be?!
Currently I’m cutting a stencil to make the lettering of the Best Nest sign easier— cutting stencils by hand turns out to be a real PITA! But worth it in the end, I keep telling myself.
