I used crackle for the first time this week! Yes, I’m aware that I’m 25 and this is no great feat. Let me have my moment.

While I’m at it, I might as well share the rest of the things I’ve learned recently!

1) Mod Podge. Never used it before. Can’t live without it. Thank you for existing, Mod Podge.

2) Glitter text. See? —->

3) Scrolly text boxes. See? —–>

4) Paintbrush add ons in Photoshop. I can do neat things now! Verryyyy thrilling.

All in about two weeks! Crafting is a learning process

I prefer blogging with pictures than with words

A friend took me to the Flower Factory last week to stock up on supplies for the craft show. I grabbed lots of birdhouses, decorating things, craft things, little mushroom birds, and party supplies (hehe). I could spend hours in there! Well, I did spend 2 hours, but I could easily have stretched that to another two.

Anyways, I’ve got my birdhouses all lined up for painting:

And am quickly turning them into something I love!

Take a good look at those unfinished ones, they will look totally different here in a few weeks!

In other crafting news I’m slowly getting my Halloween costume finished. I’ll be wearing it next week, I’m very much looking forward to the Halloween party we’ll be attending. I’ll post photos of that too!
