I came up with a new idea for a feature on my blog… an area where my visitors can rate my crafts (kinda like rate my room!). I thought it would be both cute for visitors to interact with me, and helpful to me at the same time!

This has definitely been a year of self-discovery. Of learning my limitations and my possibilities. For the first time in my life I’ve admitted a passion for something, and pursued it, rather than floating around hoping life takes me where I want to be. For the first time in my life I’ve acknowledged areas where I’m unhappy, and sought to change them, rather than “just living with them”. For the first time in my life I’ve truly stood up for myself, even when the consequences were hard for me to bear. It was a hard year. But I’m closer to knowing myself than ever. And for that, I am grateful.
I am thankful for my loving husband, who stood by me and believed in me. He sees me when I am weak and loves me as if I am strong.
I am thankful for my friends who stood by me this year. Who know me at heart, even when I don’t, and help me remember.
I am thankful for my family, who inspire me with their own strength as we all muddle our way through this world together.
I am thankful for that dog of mine. Every.day. she makes me happy. We got so lucky with her.
I’m thankful for those that touch my life in small ways. I’m thankful for the people who like my crafts! I’m thankful for my life and my health and alllllll of the blessings that I have been given. I do not take them for granted, I appreciate everything and am grateful.
